Bin Murshed Group is seeking an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for bike delivery riders for Delivery Zone in Abu Dhabi. The role involves high-volume recruitment, onboarding coordination, and managing rider-related matters while collaborating with HR and operations teams. Candidates with strong language skills in Hindi and Urdu, bulk hiring experience, and knowledge of UAE delivery industry requirements will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruitment for bike delivery riders while maintaining quality standards.

• Source candidates via various platforms and recruitment marketing campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and partners.

• Oversee onboarding, document verification, and project allocation in coordination with HR and operations.

• Handle rider-related matters such as accommodation, licensing, and grievances.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu (mandatory).

• Proven UAE experience in blue-collar and bulk hiring, preferably for delivery riders.

• Familiarity with Talabat portals and Noon/Careem compliance requirements.

• Driving license (bike or car) preferred for recruitment drives and field visits.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
