We are currently hiring a Blown Film Extruder Operator for a full-time, on-site position at our Umm Al-Quwain facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating blown film extrusion machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines for continuous plastic film production.
• Adjust machine settings based on film specifications such as thickness, width, and material.
• Inspect film output for consistency, quality, and defects; make corrections as needed.
• Handle raw material loading and ensure proper feedstock blending.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams for seamless operations.
• Comply with all safety and manufacturing protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with blown film extruders in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with plastic materials like HDPE, LDPE, and related blends.
• Knowledge of FFS, shrink/stretch film production is a plus.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot common machine issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to work on-site and flexible with shift timings.
