Job Overview:
The Bilingual Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting systematic reviews and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes across ADNH Catering. The role ensures objective assurance and provides consulting services to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit risk assessments and support in developing annual audit plans.

• Review and update governance documents (Audit Charter, Audit Manual, etc.) as required.

• Perform audits in line with global best practices, audit charter, and regulatory requirements.

• Follow up on the implementation of management action plans.

• Provide consulting services and support special investigations approved by the ARC.

• Deliver independent assurance and actionable insights to improve organizational performance.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (mandatory).

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CFE, CISA (preferred).

• Proven experience in internal audit, ideally within catering, hospitality, or related industries.

• Knowledge of internal audit best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Strong business acumen, communication, and analytical skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
