Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to join our All Day Dining team at Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will deliver a five-star guest experience, offering tailored beverage recommendations and ensuring that every interaction is warm, memorable, and professionally handled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests warmly, understanding their preferences and guiding them through beverage selections.

• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas at all times.

• Work collaboratively with the AFYA restaurant team to ensure consistent service excellence.

• Assist in cross-departmental support when necessary, embodying teamwork and brand values.

• Manage guest complaints empathetically and professionally, escalating issues to the Service Manager when needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine passion for bartending and hospitality.

• Excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, bar, or fine-dining environment preferred.
