Delano Dubai, part of Ennismore’s luxury lifestyle hospitality portfolio, is seeking a dedicated Barback to support the bar team in delivering exceptional beverage service within an elegant indoor setting. Located on Bluewaters Island, Delano Dubai offers luxury accommodations and vibrant culinary experiences. The Barback will ensure the bar operates smoothly by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and assisting bartenders to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages promptly.

• Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools, ensuring readiness for service.

• Maintain cleanliness and order around the bar area by clearing used glasses and disposing of waste.

• Communicate and collaborate with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams for seamless service.

• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during daily operations and special events.

• Respond quickly to guest requests to enhance their comfort and experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment such as a 5-star hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests in a refined manner.

• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and management software is an advantage.

• Relevant educational qualification like a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
