B2B Sales Executive – iSTYLE UAE
iSTYLE UAE (I STYLE COMPUTERS L.L.C) Dubai , UAE

iSTYLE UAE, a leading Apple Premium Reseller and technology solutions provider, is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join their Dubai team. The role is focused on driving business growth through developing strong customer relationships, generating new sales opportunities, and managing key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating deals, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality service to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate demand and grow the B2B department.

  • Build forecasts, analyze sales trends, and share insights with management.

  • Support the Sales Manager in driving business development and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with existing and new accounts.

  • Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and acquire new corporate clients.

  • Record leads on CRM and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Handle customer onboarding, registration, and credit requests.

  • Conduct client visits to assess needs, review orders, and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Negotiate and finalize prices, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on new products, services, and changes.

  • Maintain and update corporate account records and databases.

  • Manage customer complaints effectively and report actions taken.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide recommendations to improve market positioning.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for product/service launches and stay updated on modifications.

  • Prepare financial and sales reports accurately and on time.

  • Handle tenders, contracts, and tasks related to public sector clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and build business strategies.
