Perfect Radiators is looking for a Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in Musaffah. The role involves acting as the liaison between customers and the service department, providing accurate information about vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally.

• Estimates & Recommendations: Provide accurate cost estimates, repair recommendations, and expected completion times.

• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.

• Explanation of Services: Explain service details, costs, and benefits to build customer trust.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs efficiently.

• Customer Satisfaction: Follow up on completed repairs and address any customer concerns.

• Promotions & Sales: Promote additional services and preventive maintenance based on customer needs.

• Technological Awareness: Stay up to date with automotive technologies and industry trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Software: Proficiency in computer systems and dealership management software.

• Other Requirements: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
