Job Title: Audit & Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit & Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory and internal audits, financial statement preparation, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role is best suited for candidates who have completed their CA Articleship and have a strong foundation in auditing and accounting practices within a Chartered Accountancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute statutory and internal audits for clients across various industries.

• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

• Utilize accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems to maintain and analyze financial data.

• Assist in tax filings, including GST and income tax returns.

• Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to financial processes and controls.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work standards.

• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed CA Articleship with practical exposure in a Chartered Accountancy firm.

• Solid knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Age: 0 – 30 years.
