Recurizzy is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Manager to lead AV operations in Ras Al-Khaimah. The role involves managing AV systems, supervising technicians, supporting events, overseeing procurement, ensuring quality control, and staying updated on the latest AV technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems (sound, video, projection, lighting, live streaming).

Supervise, train, and manage AV technicians and freelancers.

Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues; perform system upgrades; coordinate with IT and facilities.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for events, conferences, and daily operations.

Manage AV inventory and procurement; evaluate and recommend new technologies.

Ensure compliance with local and international AV standards; maintain setup and maintenance records.

Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain high-quality audio and visual performance across all applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

5–7 years of AV management experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in AV systems (sound consoles, LED displays, VC platforms, projectors, etc.).
-
CTS, CTS-D, Extron, Crestron, Dante, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

UAE driving license preferred; physically capable of handling AV equipment.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
