Job Description

Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced and visionary Associate Vice President (AVP) – Head of Corporate Services to lead and expand our Corporate Services division. Based in the UAE, this role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational oversight. The AVP will be responsible for driving client acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing service delivery, and achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

🏢 Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end client acquisition and sales growth across industries.

  • Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing of new deals.

  • Expand the service footprint across mainland and free zone clients.

🤝 Client Relationship & Retention

  • Act as the primary relationship lead for top-tier clients.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by improving CNPS (Client Net Promoter Score).

  • Align service offerings with client needs for long-term partnerships.

📊 Operational Oversight

  • Oversee seamless coordination across Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations teams.

  • Monitor service delivery performance and enforce SLA adherence.

  • Resolve client issues with responsiveness and precision.

🧭 Strategic Planning & Market Growth

  • Develop go-to-market strategies to target new sectors and geographies.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine positioning.

🏛 Regulatory & Government Liaison

  • Build strong relations with UAE authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zones, DED, etc.).

  • Stay updated on evolving regulations, ensuring compliant service delivery.

🔄 Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations on customized client solutions.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the service line.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 10–15 years in corporate services/business setup/outsourcing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, Free Zone & DED procedures.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in P&L management, contract negotiation, and enterprise sales.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Law, or Management; MBA preferred.

  • Languages: English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
