PER is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their South Korea investments team for a leading global private equity fund. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and offers the chance to work across multiple sectors, focusing on private equity transactions in the South Korean market. The professional will originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities, conduct in-depth analysis, and contribute to strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, evaluate, and execute private equity investment opportunities in South Korea.

• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and LBO modelling for deal execution.

• Collaborate with sector specialists and global teams to drive transactions.

• Manage relationships with GPs, portfolio companies, and stakeholders to monitor performance.

• Contribute to the strategic development of the South Korea investment strategy.

Requirements:

• Associate or Senior Associate level professional with experience in private equity, sovereign wealth funds, or top-tier investment banking in South Korea.

• Strong exposure to South Korean investments, preferably in buyouts.

• Fluency in Korean and strong cross-border transaction experience.

• Excellent financial modelling and LBO expertise, with strong investment evaluation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in a matrixed environment.

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi full-time.
