Greenstone Equity Partners is one of the GCC’s largest licensed fund placement firms. The company is expanding its regulatory and compliance division and is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to join its team in Dubai.
Job Summary:
As an Associate, Compliance (Regulatory), you will play a key role in managing compliance and regulatory affairs across Greenstone’s operations in the UAE and the wider GCC. This hybrid, full-time position is ideal for professionals with at least 2 years of compliance experience, particularly within regulated environments like DIFC, ADGM, or QFC.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor regulatory updates to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures.

Deliver compliance-related training sessions to employees.

Conduct compliance testing and monitoring, and follow up on action items.

Respond to internal inquiries and external due diligence requests.

Prepare regulatory filings, compliance reports, and audit support documentation.

Oversee licensing and compliance for multiple jurisdictions (e.g., DIFC, ADGM, QFC).

Manage the setup of new entities and maintain corporate governance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role.

Strong proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).

Experience with UAE and GCC regulatory environments (DIFC/DFSA, ADGM/FSRA, QFC/QFCRA).

Knowledge of both free zone and onshore company frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
