Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Quant Lab SFO, a highly disciplined trading and investment office based in DMCC, is seeking an exceptionally reliable and responsive Assistant to support its CEO in a dual remote and on-ground capacity. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role designed for candidates with a proactive mindset, high professional standards, and the ability to manage personal and business tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Executive & Personal Support

• Execute a wide range of personal and professional tasks delegated by the CEO and Executive Personal Assistant (EPA)

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and task follow-ups using digital tracking tools

• Draft, send, and manage communications (emails, WhatsApp messages, memos) with clarity and precision

✅ Operations & Task Management

• Interact with internal staff and service providers (drivers, housekeepers, beautician, chef)

• Manage appointments, reservations, deliveries, and errands

• Attend in-person duties at the office, Executive’s residence, or external venues as required

✅ Workflow & Digital Tools

• Use systems like ChatGPT, Todoist, and Google Sheets to track tasks and progress

• Maintain high task accuracy and never miss deadlines or follow-ups

• Receive full training, but must demonstrate comfort with tech tools and digital systems

Working Conditions:

• 6 working days/week

• 1 day off per week

• No fixed office hours – role is task-based and flexible

• Must be based in Dubai and available on-call during working hours

• Majority of work will be remote, with readiness to be present physically when required

Candidate Profile:

• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work without micromanagement

• Must be always reachable by phone and prompt in responding

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail

• Able to manage changing priorities and deliver consistent high performance

• Comfortable switching between computer-based work and field-based tasks

• Zero-tolerance for passivity, complacency, or missed deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 15,000

• Annual Raise: 10% guaranteed

• Performance Bonus: Year-end discretionary bonus
