Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, a luxury golf destination in DAMAC Hills, is seeking an experienced Assistant Security Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing all security operations, emergency response, shift planning, and coordination with external authorities to ensure the safety of members, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily security operations as the Head of Security.

• Plan shift schedules and supervise all deployed security personnel.

• Lead emergency response during incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, evacuations, or intrusions.

• Conduct and document fire drills in coordination with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD).

• Regularly inspect and maintain emergency exits, firefighting equipment, and evacuation signage.

• Ensure first aid boxes are updated and conduct refresher training in collaboration with certified providers.

• Maintain incident logs and submit daily security reports and monthly safety summaries.

• Ensure all security staff are SIRA certified and compliant with legal requirements.

• Oversee CCTV, access control systems, and incident documentation.

• Liaise with Dubai Police, SIRA, and DCD during inspections, emergencies, or investigations.

• Collaborate with Facilities, Events, Golf Operations, and F&B teams for crowd control and event safety.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality in the Gulf region.

• Valid SIRA Supervisory License (mandatory).

• First Aid Certification recognized by Dubai Civil Defence or UAE Red Crescent.

• Fire Warden or Fire Marshal training.

• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, CCTV systems, and visitor control procedures.

• Excellent leadership, incident reporting, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and in high-temperature environments.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional language skills are a plus.
