Emaar is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences and lead a high-performing F&B team at Origins. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hospitality and will ensure operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth restaurant operations aligned with company standards.

Lead and coach F&B team members, offering on-the-job training and feedback.

Conduct team huddles to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Analyze operational needs and allocate resources efficiently.

Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage service recovery when needed.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service throughout the outlet.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience.

At least 2 years in an F&B supervisory or similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel.

High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.

Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
