A leading hospitality employer in Sharjah is hiring an Assistant Reservations Manager to support revenue management and reservations operations. The role is ideal for guest-focused and passionate professionals who pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth reservation processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily reservations operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Ensure prompt, accurate handling of guest inquiries, bookings, and confirmations.

Coordinate with sales, front office, and other departments for smooth guest experience.

Analyze booking trends and provide recommendations to optimize availability and pricing.

Handle special requests and provide creative solutions to guest needs.

Train and support the reservations team to maintain service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.

Proven experience in reservations or revenue management within the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of reservation systems, PMS, and MS Office applications.
