Standard Chartered is seeking a UAEN National Assistant Relationship Manager to support its Investor Coverage team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance, banking, or economics who are fluent in both English and Arabic. The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting business origination, client management, deal execution, and internal coordination to ensure the seamless delivery of services to Investor and Sponsor clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Banker/Banker with client research, pitch books, and new business origination.

Support sales discipline tasks including account planning, pipeline tracking, and call reporting.

Provide assistance in transaction execution, including document negotiation and drawdown coordination.

Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams on documentation and approvals.

Monitor and engage with the client portfolio to ensure optimal product utilization.

Document client meetings and update performance and progress reports as required.
Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of business strategy, products, risk management, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in internal systems, PC applications, and business process management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Collaborative mindset with a high sense of accountability and integrity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.

Risk and AML certifications as required by bank policy.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
