Job Purpose:
To support Elite Relationship Managers and provide superior in-branch service to Elite customers by addressing their queries, processing requests, and promoting digital banking solutions. This role is central to delivering seamless customer experiences and supporting the growth of CBD’s elite banking segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support:
-
Be the first point of contact for Elite walk-in customers.
-
Address customer needs, queries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
-
Educate customers on digital channels and services.
-
Issue customer statements and letters within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Operational Assistance:
-
Handle document submissions through Operational CRM eForms and KOFAX.
-
Process requests including:
-
Account maintenance (Emirates ID, passport, contact updates)
-
Remittances (manual and smart forms)
-
Standing orders
-
Special cheque book handling and returned cheques
-
Stop payment instructions
-
Cash disputes (ATM/CDM)
-
Locker visits and maintenance
-
PDC removal, trade license updates, and statement requests
-
Sales & Onboarding Support:
-
Assist with onboarding and product sales (CASA, Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.).

Ensure accurate and timely application submissions in line with CBD policies.
-
Make proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments and pitch relevant financial products.
-
Review customer databases to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Operational Compliance:
-
Maintain daily reports and register balances of physical stock (cheque books, cards, etc.).

Follow safe deposit locker protocols and support secure access.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related commercial field (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).

Experience: 3–4 years in retail or branch banking, preferably in a customer-facing role.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
-
UAE Nationals preferred as part of Emiratisation initiatives.
