Resume.ae, on behalf of Al Hilal Bank Abu Dhabi, is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – System Administrator (Windows). This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai designed for IT professionals with strong expertise in Windows systems management, infrastructure monitoring, and disaster recovery operations.

As Assistant Manager, you will lead daily infrastructure activities, ensure system reliability, and play a critical role in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing banking IT systems. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can uphold operational excellence within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, install, configure, and maintain Windows-based system hardware and software
• Conduct daily system monitoring and performance checks
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions
• Implement patches, service upgrades, and add new services as needed
• Maintain DR (Disaster Recovery) solutions and perform failover/failback testing
• Support development, staging, production, and QC environments
• Perform resource optimization including CPU, disk, and memory configurations
• Maintain configuration and operational documentation for audit readiness
• Participate in research and development to support infrastructure innovation
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and change management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Windows server environments and enterprise IT systems
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Experience with DR solutions and business continuity planning
• Familiarity with system automation and administrative tools
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
