Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the flagship property of the iconic Jumeirah brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager (National Talent) – Front Office to deliver world-class guest experiences. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality leaders passionate about luxury service, guest satisfaction, and team leadership in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and coordinate with departments for seamless experiences.

• Ensure accurate guest profiles, timely delivery of amenities, and spot-check long-stay arrangements.

• Coordinate with Reservations to update arrival checklists and guest preference forms.

• Oversee expedited check-in for limousine arrivals and prioritize room readiness.

• Supervise preparation of welcome folders, amenities, drinks, and scented towels.

• Lead lobby greeters and Guest Relations teams, ensuring availability and visibility in the lobby.

• Organize guest cocktail events and liaise with departments on attendance.

• Maintain close interaction with in-house guests, gathering feedback to improve services.

• Encourage guest feedback through in-house questionnaires before departure.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong operational knowledge of hospitality systems.

• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

• Fluency in English.
