Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking an Assistant Manager – Leisure to maximize sales and achieve targets by working closely with various departments including Rooms, Food and Beverage, and others. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in hospitality sales, keen on establishing long-term client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining records, conducting client inspections, and ensuring smooth communication with related operations departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets by collaborating with Rooms, F&B, and other departments

Maintain complete records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts, and Quotations for the Residences

Track business bookings effectively using trace files

Submit timely sales reports

Conduct client inspections of the residences as needed

Foster strong relationships with established clientele and explore new business opportunities

Work closely with operation departments to meet guest expectations
-
Handle guest and employee inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-ups on unresolved issues
Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales within hotel operations

Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
