Atlantis Resorts is seeking an Assistant Manager, Kids Club for Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Atlantis Explorers Club and Nanny Services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and program quality. The Assistant Manager will supervise staff, manage activities for children ages 4–12, and maintain the highest resort standards for professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and organization of the Kids Club and Nanny Services.

• Ensure all activities and programs meet resort standards.

• Supervise and train team members, ensuring professionalism and excellent guest relations.

• Prepare departmental schedules in line with resort requirements.

• Conduct on-the-job training and refresher courses for staff and nannies.

• Ensure staff are trained in handling children, activities, behavioral issues, and emergencies.

• Oversee equipment, toys, and activities, ensuring proper condition and safety.

• Plan and execute theme parties and special activities for children.

• Maintain strong communication with management, peers, subordinates, and guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a kids club, family entertainment, or recreation environment.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.

• Ability to adapt interaction style depending on task complexity and urgency.

• Passion for working with children and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Background in hospitality, recreation, or child-focused environments is highly desirable.
