Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Assistant Manager – Guest Services to join our Front Office team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure an outstanding guest experience, coordinate special requests efficiently, support the front desk team, and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Promote a professional, helpful, and courteous atmosphere for all guests and visitors

Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction

Monitor guest service quality and assist in driving improvements in all front office operations

Analyze departmental expenses and manage staffing, materials, and supplies efficiently
-
Stay familiar with all in-house guests, VIPs, and guest preferences to enhance service delivery

Maintain and update guest logs, comment records, and profiles in line with hotel standards
-
Support the team in upholding a high standard of guest relations and front office performance
-
Benchmark services and pricing structures against competitors to drive service excellence
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
-
Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services in a 4- or 5-star hotel

Proficiency in Opera PMS and strong computer literacy

Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
