Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-oriented Assistant Manager – Guest Services to join our exceptional hospitality team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead from the front to ensure every guest receives a personalized, memorable experience that reflects our brand’s dedication to excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a visible and welcoming leader, greeting guests personally and making them feel at home.

Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.

Engage with guests throughout their stay to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.

Coach and support the Guest Services team to foster a warm, service-driven atmosphere.

Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations with high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.

Encourage and facilitate positive guest feedback and online reviews to enhance the hotel’s reputation.

Collaborate with marketing to highlight exceptional guest experiences on digital platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.

Previous experience in front office operations within a hotel environment.

Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong computer skills; knowledge of Opera PMS is highly desirable.

Immaculate personal presentation and problem-solving capabilities.
