This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences. You will play a vital role in managing staff, optimizing restaurant efficiency, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to an extraordinary guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities

• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure team adherence to SOPs and policies

• Train and develop team members to uphold brand standards and service quality

• Deliver exceptional guest service and address customer concerns effectively

• Support cost-control initiatives and contribute to increased profitability

• Foster team morale and enhance employee engagement and retention

• Promote the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy and interactive dining concept

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment

• Strong team leadership and communication skills

• High customer focus with the ability to thrive under pressure

• Hands-on management style with a proactive attitude

• Prior international work experience preferred
