This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences. You will play a vital role in managing staff, optimizing restaurant efficiency, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to an extraordinary guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities

Coordinate staff schedules and ensure team adherence to SOPs and policies

Train and develop team members to uphold brand standards and service quality

Deliver exceptional guest service and address customer concerns effectively

Support cost-control initiatives and contribute to increased profitability

Foster team morale and enhance employee engagement and retention

Promote the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy and interactive dining concept
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment

Strong team leadership and communication skills

High customer focus with the ability to thrive under pressure

Hands-on management style with a proactive attitude

Prior international work experience preferred
