Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre, part of the prestigious Jumeirah Group, is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager – Front Office to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is a great opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in luxury environments and are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires assisting the Front Office Manager in daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and overseeing the safety and security policies of the property.
Key Responsibilities:

Enforce standard operating procedures and policies across the Front Office

Conduct daily checks for cleanliness and quality across all public areas

Oversee VIP arrivals, check apartments, and personally escort high-profile guests

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols

Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

Build strong relationships with guests and maintain accurate guest history profiles
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office supervisory role within a 5-star luxury hotel

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Advanced organizational and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
