Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead sales and business development for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in fire protection and detection systems, combined with proven sales and client relationship skills.

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors; actively attend industry events and meetings to generate leads

• Ensure that maintenance contracts meet ADCD regulations and comply with NFPA standards

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely service delivery

• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and monitor collections and payments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Indian nationals, male, 40 years old and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE fire protection industry

• Strong knowledge of fire protection & detection systems and international standards (NFPA, UL, FM, LPCB)

• Familiarity with export documentation is an advantage

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Salary: Up to 13K AED (based on experience and qualifications) + company car, fuel, and Salik
