Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead sales and business development for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in fire protection and detection systems, combined with proven sales and client relationship skills.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services

Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors; actively attend industry events and meetings to generate leads

Ensure that maintenance contracts meet ADCD regulations and comply with NFPA standards

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely service delivery

Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and monitor collections and payments
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Open to Indian nationals, male, 40 years old and below

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE fire protection industry

Strong knowledge of fire protection & detection systems and international standards (NFPA, UL, FM, LPCB)
-
Familiarity with export documentation is an advantage

Must hold a valid UAE driving license
