The Assistant Front Desk Manager at The Abu Dhabi EDITION is responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, managing billing, and ensuring excellent guest services. This role includes supervising team members, training staff, and handling customer requests with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Process guest check-ins and verify payment methods.

Assign rooms, issue room keys, and ensure rates match market codes.

Prepare accurate guest accounts and billing adjustments.

Complete daily reports, balance receipts, and secure payment.
-
Train and motivate front desk staff, maintaining a positive team environment.

Handle guest requests and ensure high-quality service standards.

Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Respond to customer feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.

Perform all front desk operations, including cashier duties and security protocol.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

At least 1 year of relevant work and supervisory experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.

Proficiency in computer/POS systems and general hotel operations.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
