Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for craftsmanship and precision? Join a leading luxury event planning company in Dubai as an Assistant Factory Manager specializing in custom wood décor.
This is your opportunity to manage high-end production operations, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke event décor while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the wood décor factory, ensuring timely and quality production

Develop strategic plans, manage schedules, and coordinate across departments to meet client requirements

Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and report financial performance to leadership

Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Hire, train, and manage factory staff, promoting a culture of safety, productivity, and motivation

Supervise use of woodworking machinery and implement preventive maintenance programs
-
Manage raw material procurement and inventory, ensuring consistent supply and quality

Conduct safety inspections and ensure full compliance with UAE occupational health and safety standards
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, or Carpentry (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the event production or wood fabrication industry

Proficient in woodworking machinery, quality control, and production optimization

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory
