Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Analyst to join a trusted investment group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate documentation and valuation of assets, support auditing processes, and contribute to strategic asset optimization. You will be responsible for creating and managing asset registers, evaluating capital expenditures, and identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of asset transactions, valuations, and financial adjustments for auditing and regulatory compliance.

• Create and manage asset registers for various companies and properties using Excel and accounting software.

• Analyze capital expenditures and their impact on asset performance and value.

• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across asset management processes.

Requirements:

• Male, up to 38 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management or financial analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 7,500 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
