Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a motivated Architectural Engineer for its Emirati Future Leaders Program. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi is designed to empower Emirati professionals with technical expertise and leadership potential in the field of architectural engineering.

The ideal candidate will support architectural design and construction efforts, ensuring quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, particularly within landscaping and infrastructure projects.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects to develop and implement design concepts.

• Conduct site assessments and ensure alignment with design plans and local regulations.

• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD and related software.

• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices in designs.

• Coordinate with structural engineers for structural integrity.

• Review and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Provide technical support during construction, resolving design-related issues.

• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines for seamless project integration.

🛡️ Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities:

• Comply with Basatin’s HSE policies and procedures.

• Remain updated on all HSE practices, changes, and new regulations.

• Maintain personal responsibility for safety compliance at all times.

🔒 Information Security Responsibilities:

• Comply with company information security policies.

• Handle sensitive information responsibly and complete Security Awareness Training.

• Protect user accounts, passwords, and access credentials.

• Report any security incidents to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

• Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and structural engineering.

• Landscaping background experience is required.

• Must be Emirati and eager to grow into a leadership role.
