The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the F&B or customer service sector and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.

• Answer menu questions and make recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

• Address guest concerns in a professional manner.

• Suggest daily specials and upsell menu items.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or the F&B industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Arabic language skills are essential.
