Only Tourism is looking for a skilled Arabic Chat Support and Typing Associate to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a fast and accurate typist with strong chat support experience and the ability to provide professional customer service in both Arabic and English. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage data entry, and maintain accurate customer records to ensure a seamless customer experience. Immediate joining is required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to visas and tourism products via chat.

• Accurately and efficiently type applications and data without errors.

• Maintain speed and precision in typing tasks.

• Update and manage customer records in the company CRM system.

• Provide excellent customer service that reflects the company’s values.

• Assist in daily operational tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fast and accurate Arabic typing skills.

• Proven experience in chat support and customer communication.

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) with good English proficiency.
