Magic is hiring a Remote Appointment Setter on a freelance basis to support a fast-growing client in the real estate wholesaling and flipping industry. This role is vital to scaling lead generation through high-volume outbound calling and scheduling appointments with potential property sellers.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, gathering essential property data, and setting up follow-up calls for the sales team. This is a fully remote, full-time position with opportunities for advancement into closing roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to property owners

Engage in rapport-building conversations to identify motivated sellers

Schedule follow-up appointments for sales closers using pre-approved scripts

Gather detailed information such as roofing condition, lease status, HVAC system, etc.

Accurately log calls, manage CRM entries, and update lead statuses

Use tools like CallRail, DealMachine, and PropStream for call tracking and lead research

Participate in training sessions and demonstrate potential for growth into sales roles
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in real estate (appointment setting or closing)

Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred)

Experience making high-volume calls (300+ per day)

Proficient in CRM tools and call tracking software

Confident, friendly communicator with strong listening and data entry skills

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to repetitive tasks

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time
