About the Role
VML is hiring an Analytics & Insights Lead to drive marketing performance visibility and effectiveness across teams. This hybrid role will be the central authority for data consolidation, marketing analytics, and actionable reporting, enabling teams to align on key performance indicators and focus efforts on measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Consolidation & Storytelling

Aggregate and reconcile performance data across marketing platforms (media, CRM, web, campaigns)

Build a unified, accurate, and consistent data view for stakeholders

Present data-driven insights that inform marketing decisions
Insight Generation

Analyze trends and campaign performance across customer journeys

Identify areas of inefficiency or opportunity within the marketing funnel
Cross-Team Collaboration

Act as the embedded analytics partner for Marketing, Product, Media, and Data teams

Liaise with CRM, Martech, and analytics partners to ensure aligned measurement
Governance & Accountability

Drive consistency in KPIs, reporting definitions, and metrics

Challenge assumptions and support evidence-based decision-making
Performance Reporting
-
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports

Support quarterly business reviews, post-campaign evaluations, and leadership updates
Key Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing analytics or performance reporting

Strong understanding of marketing KPIs across digital, CRM, and media channels
-
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer)

Working knowledge of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion tracking

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to simplify complex data and provide actionable insights
