LanceSoft Middle East is hiring an Agile Project Manager – SuccessFactors to oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing HR technology projects such as HRIS, talent management systems, payroll systems, and learning management systems. This is a 12+ month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management: Lead HR systems projects, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

HR Systems Expertise: Apply knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, TMS, Payroll, LMS) to project execution.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and stay updated on Agile best practices and HR technology trends.

Change Management: Support user training initiatives and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years as an Agile Project Manager, with a proven track record in HR systems implementation or optimization, specifically SuccessFactors.

Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and HR systems (HRIS, TMS, Payroll, LMS).

Additional: Experience managing vendor relationships and conducting user acceptance testing.
