Atlantis Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Agent, Wellness Experience to join the spa and wellness team at Atlantis The Royal, one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury destinations. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, provide expert knowledge on spa products and services, and deliver a personalized five-star guest experience. You will act as the first point of contact, handle guest inquiries with emotional intelligence, and coordinate guest requests efficiently while promoting wellness services through strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage all contact points professionally.

• Provide expert advice on spa and wellness products and services.

• Handle guest information with discretion and emotional intelligence.

• Coordinate guest movements and requests within the facility.

• Maintain a professional, engaging, and approachable demeanor at all times.

• Promote wellness services to enhance guest experiences.

• Ensure seamless communication and task management to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort, hotel front office, guest relations, or similar environment.

• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.

• Strong social awareness and the ability to adapt to different guest needs.

• Computer literacy and fluency in English.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
