• HKA, a leading global consultancy specializing in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness, and litigation support, is looking for an Advisory Associate Director to join their growing team in the Middle East. The role involves providing strategic advisory services for complex infrastructure and construction projects, including procurement strategies, delivery models, and commercial negotiations. You will be working with large-scale projects across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative infrastructure delivery models for major projects, including contracting models and procurement strategies.

• Lead complex commercial negotiations for construction delivery contracts and program delivery.

• Establish collaborative delivery models for large-scale projects in the Middle East.

• Manage business development initiatives, meeting sales and revenue targets to grow the business.

• Provide strategic advice to a range of clients, including government entities, developers, and engineering contractors.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in engineering, business, quantity surveying, law, commerce, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in project delivery and knowledge of construction commercial principles.

• Leadership and management skills with a focus on strategic development.

• Strong background in strategic transformations, multi-tier PMOs for complex projects, and collaborative contracting.

• Experience with public sector procurement, tendering processes, and contract management.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven track record in business development and managing procurement processes.
