XPLOR Adventure Academy is on a mission to inspire, educate, and empower young people through transformative outdoor experiences that blend classroom learning with real-world adventure. The academy is seeking a Lead Instructor to oversee and deliver its adventure-based educational programs, serving as the key link between its UK and UAE teams. This role combines program leadership, curriculum development, and team coordination, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of learners through resilience, teamwork, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engaging outdoor and indoor educational programs for schools, ECAs, and seasonal events.

• Act as the communication bridge between UK headquarters and UAE operations.

• Develop, adapt, and improve program content to meet educational and local school requirements.

• Manage large groups of students, ensuring a safe and enriching learning experience.

• Uphold safety standards and safeguarding policies across all programs.

• Mentor, guide, and provide training to assistant instructors and facilitators.

• Coordinate with school representatives, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in school programs, ECAs, or youth-focused adventure activities.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple student groups and adapt to high workloads.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays.

• Knowledge of outdoor education practices and safety protocols.

• Cultural adaptability and collaborative spirit when working with international teams.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Teaching qualification or youth instructor certification.

• Background in outdoor education, adventure sports, or experiential learning.

• Experience designing programs for seasonal camps, corporate events, or international education initiatives.

• First Aid and Child Safeguarding certification.

• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments.
