ALBA CORP is actively seeking a dedicated Administrator to support its real estate operations by managing the end-to-end process of property transactions. This position is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail and an interest in legal documentation, real estate procedures, or administrative support roles.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and property documentation, coordinating with clients and legal teams, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all transaction-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing multiple administrative responsibilities within a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conveyancing & Document Administration:

Prepare, format, and manage legal and property-related documents.

Assist with title searches and ensure the accuracy of property records.

Maintain organized client files both digitally and physically.

Coordinate document-related follow-ups with clients, agents, and legal personnel.
Process Coordination & Client Support:

Track key deadlines to ensure timely processing of transactions.

Maintain updated records of contracts, communications, and property transfers.

Professionally communicate with clients for document collection and updates.

Collaborate with legal and real estate teams to facilitate smooth transaction flow.
Requirements:

Previous administrative or clerical experience (real estate/legal background preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with document management systems or CRM tools is a plus.

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn property law and conveyancing.

High school diploma required; further certification in administration or legal support is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
