The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties, supporting daily office operations, and coordinating site activities to ensure smooth workflow and communication between office and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation and records

Coordinate communication between office staff and on-site teams

Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and progress reviews

Prepare reports, data entries, and maintain tracking sheets

Ensure compliance with company processes and safety protocols

Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory
