ENOC is hiring an Administration Incharge for its Occupational Health Centre located in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is open to Emirati Talent and plays a critical part in overseeing daily administrative operations within the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services by supervising administrative staff, managing resources, maintaining compliance, and improving operational workflows.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at ENOC Occupational Health Center.

Supervise and manage administrative staff including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Implement and enhance administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to improve service quality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while ensuring compliance with privacy laws.

Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure smooth patient flow and coordinated care.

Monitor medical and office supplies inventory; coordinate cost-effective procurement.

Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide continuous staff guidance.

Liaise with insurance companies, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Assist the Senior Medical Compliance Officer with special administrative projects.

Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Manage the facility’s physical environment, including maintenance and security.

Foster relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.

Drive quality improvement in administrative services and resolve deficiencies.

Maintain data accuracy in administrative records and information systems.

Collaborate with the Center Manager on strategic planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in healthcare administration or healthcare management.

Sound understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
-
Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
-
Emirati National (as this role is dedicated to Emirati Talent).

Willingness to work on-site in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
