Job Overview:

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, facility management, and administrative support functions. This role ensures smooth business operations by managing resources, coordinating vendor services, and supporting HR and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, maintenance, and security.

  • Manage office supplies, resources, and front desk activities, including visitor handling and correspondence.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (IT, security, catering, housekeeping, etc.).

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Ensure procurement processes meet quality and compliance standards.

  • Maintain compliance with UAE laws, health, and safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory records of administrative assets.

  • Coordinate IT support for employees.

  • Assist HR with employee accommodation, travel, and relocation arrangements.

  • Oversee staff transport, accommodation, housekeeping, and catering services.

  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or business consultancy setup.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of government regulations, facility management, and procurement.

    • Experience in vendor negotiations, compliance handling, and employee transportation coordination.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
