Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
Egis, a global leader in consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services, is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to its Dubai office. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, supporting project teams, and maintaining internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage correspondence, documentation, and project reports.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, conferences, and staff travel plans.

Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes as needed.

Assist with planning and execution of internal and external events.

Maintain and improve office systems, filing structures, and administrative procedures.

Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external clients or vendors.

Sort incoming communications and manage calendar appointments.

Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

Operate and maintain standard office equipment.

Support daily office upkeep and ensure organized workspaces.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a certified Secretarial Course.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a consultancy or engineering firm.

Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Familiar with document control procedures and office equipment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
