Noorka Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our office team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys supporting daily business operations in a dynamic logistics environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by managing clerical tasks, supporting internal teams, and handling administrative logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Maintain organized and updated office records, reports, and databases.

Assist with meeting coordination, calendar management, and internal event planning.

Prepare presentations, memos, and business reports as required.

Manage office supplies, ensure equipment functionality, and coordinate maintenance services.

Support various departments with clerical tasks and documentation assistance.

Handle courier services, travel bookings, and logistics-related administrative needs.
Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a logistics or corporate setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
