Position Title: Administrative and Store Operations Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 2,500 all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Our client is a prestigious Hospitality & Leisure group in Dubai, renowned for delivering world-class experiences and exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and timely responses.

Track inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure stock is adequately maintained.

Support scheduling and coordination of field activities, ensuring all teams have required resources and materials.
Qualifications:

Male candidates, aged 35 years and below.

Possess a College Computer Certificate or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support, storekeeping, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems is a plus.

Must be currently based in the UAE.
Salary Package:
AED 2,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Plus: Accommodation, meals during duty, airline ticket, and uniform provided.
