Position Title: Administrative and Store Operations Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 2,500 all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Our client is a prestigious Hospitality & Leisure group in Dubai, renowned for delivering world-class experiences and exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and timely responses.

  • Track inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure stock is adequately maintained.

  • Support scheduling and coordination of field activities, ensuring all teams have required resources and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Male candidates, aged 35 years and below.

  • Possess a College Computer Certificate or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support, storekeeping, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems is a plus.

  • Must be currently based in the UAE.

Salary Package:
AED 2,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Plus: Accommodation, meals during duty, airline ticket, and uniform provided.
