MullenLowe MENA is looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Account Manager – Social Media to lead our multi-brand automotive client portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who excels in juggling multiple brands, managing content-driven campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess both strategic acumen and hands-on social media expertise, with the ability to mentor junior team members and ensure best-in-class execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Ownership & Account Management
-
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service across multiple automotive brands.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic advice, and timely responses.

Collaborate with the Account Director to translate business objectives into impactful social-led solutions.

Participate in weekly/bi-weekly WIPs with clients, ensuring action plans are captured, tracked, and delivered on time.

Manage scopes of work, budgets, and invoicing cycles in collaboration with the finance team.

Social Media & Content Oversight
-
Oversee the development and delivery of monthly social media calendars for 4-5 automobile brands, ensuring content aligns with brand tone, seasonal relevance, and platform best practices.

Guide and review content briefs to ensure they are inspiring, strategic, and aligned with creative goals.
-
Supervise the content development process, ensuring creative quality and brand integrity before sharing with clients.
-
Coordinate client approvals and work with production teams to execute content shoots at various locations.
-
Attend key photo/video shoots and activations to ensure alignment with creative vision and client expectations.

Campaign Development & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of social-first integrated campaigns, from briefing to delivery, including creative concepting, media coordination, and production execution.

Collaborate with teams in Creative, PR, Media, Activation, Production, Web & Analytics to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts.

Draft and present campaign proposals, timelines, and budgets, effectively managing client expectations and incorporating feedback.

Oversee production deliverables, ensuring cost, quality, and timelines are adhered to.

Team & Workflow Supervision

Mentor and supervise a Senior Account Executive/Account Executive, offering guidance on task prioritization and professional growth.

Review client deliverables prepared by junior team members, ensuring strategic alignment and quality control.

Work with the traffic manager to allocate creative resources and ensure deadlines are met.
-
Serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring client-ready work is always polished and on-brand.

Community Management & Reporting Oversight

Coordinate with the Community Management Team to ensure timely content publishing, engagement, and alignment with client response protocols.

Oversee DMs, queries, and comment management, escalating non-standard questions to clients as needed.
-
Lead the preparation of monthly performance reports, collaborating with community and strategy teams.
-
Present key insights and content performance learnings to clients, identifying areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
-
4–6 years of account management experience within an advertising, digital, or social media agency (preferably with automotive or multi-brand experience).
-
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, with hands-on experience managing large-scale content calendars and digital campaigns.
-
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring output quality and team development.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple brands, fast-paced timelines, and high-pressure environments.

Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-
A strong eye for creative detail and understanding of platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
-
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, production, and analytics teams.

Experience attending and overseeing on-ground shoots, activations, and events, with flexibility during evenings and weekends.
