Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client financial records in compliance with IFRS

• Post and manage journal entries using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Support policy and procedure development to maintain internal accounting controls

• Draft annual and semi-annual audit reports

• Handle VAT return filings and refund claims

• Review tax invoices and ensure tax compliance

• Stay updated with developments in tax, finance, and accounting regulations

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and auditors

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting, Auditing, or Tax

• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, AICPA, or equivalent preferred

• IFRS Knowledge: Moderate to High

• Languages:

  • English: Fluent (verbal and written)

  • Arabic: Preferred but not required

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or Zoho

• Background in tax preparation or analysis

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

• Availability to join within 1 month

Employment Terms:

• Recruitment Start Date: 15 September 2025

• Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Working Hours: 8 hours/day

• Leave: 22 working days annually
