Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Artist with hands-on experience in Unity game development and WebGL optimization. You will design immersive 3D environments and assets for our blockchain-based metaverse projects while ensuring seamless performance across platforms. Your work will directly contribute to the next evolution of digital interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality 3D assets, textures, and animations for game environments

• Optimize assets and environments for WebGL performance and efficiency

• Implement scenes and assets in Unity, including level design and light baking

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth asset integration

• Apply performance best practices including LODs, batching, and texture atlasing

• Maintain a consistent art style in line with project direction

• Troubleshoot and optimize to improve FPS and rendering on WebGL platforms

Requirements:

• Expertise in 3D modeling and texturing software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop)

• Strong understanding of Unity engine, light baking, and real-time rendering

• Experience working with PBR workflows and stylized/realistic environments

• Solid grasp of WebGL optimization, including shader performance and asset compression

• Proficiency in rigging and animation workflows

• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Attention to visual quality and performance across platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LOD systems and occlusion culling

• Prior exposure to VR/AR development is a significant advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
