Augustus Media is seeking a talented Content Creator to join the Smashi Sports team. This role is exclusive to UAE Nationals under the NAFIS program, a UAE government initiative to enhance Emirati employment in the private sector. The Content Creator will be responsible for writing, producing, and publishing high-quality multimedia content that aligns with editorial standards and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread content.
• Research and develop multimedia content (text, audio, video).
• Attend weekly meetings and prepare monthly content calendars.
• Publish content directly on the platform and share on social media.
• Contribute to Smashi Business and other Augustus Media brands.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience covering business news is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, email marketing, web analytics) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for content creation and media.
